Last week Friday, disappointing service. needed help finding a pair, but there was no staff available on the floor to assist. while several staff members were standing at the counter gossiping. had to look around myself and couldn’t get any assistance when I needed. For sure worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a shoe store. Staff should be more attentive to customers rather than standing around at the counter gossiping and laughing.

The manager Geroge and team were helpful when I found a minor damage on the side of the shoes and replaced it by mail order, since they did not have my size in stock.
