Went to sketchers colonnades to get some walking shoes. Having had back surgery and somewhat of a wide foot I was a bit dubious that I would find anything . Ian the manager is awesome. He spoke to me first about what I was looking for if I had any issues and price. Ian listened and made suggestions then brought out a selection of 1/2 dozen shoes different fits styles and sizes. Explained what I was trying on and why. Very product knowledgeable. I left with new shoes and a renewed sense that customer service lives on.
What a lovely ecperience this was. Stepping into a store filled with customers Shanae greeted us friendly and let us know she'll be with us shortly. Most shop assistsnts do not do that. We were blown away by her professsionalism and genuine care to help the customer. We ended up buying 2 pairs of sneakers and they are so comfortable, perfect fit. Thank you Shanae for your care and hands on treatment, you made our day.
Thankyou so much to Ian the assistant manager at Colonnades store this afternoon who helped me above and beyond with an Active Gift Card that would not swipe. He overheard how unhelpful the customer service guy was for TCN gift cards on the help line ( be warned) and stepped up helping make my sale happen enabling me to leave with my new Skechers shoes. Ian was handling 4 customers just before me treating us all like we were the only ones there. Very much appreciated and highly recommend his service and store.
