I was served today wednesday the 20th of May arpund 12.00PM by a lovely young lady named: Ze Very helpful and caring and I bought a oair of slip in sketchers for my work I know customer service myself and many customers are not taking the time to give compliments! I'm very happy with the service today!

Skechers Watergardens is awesome! Excellent service; Cindy and Adam were super helpful very patient and provide excellent service for amazing products. I purchased Archfit slides and gowalk8 runners. Best ever! Definitely recommend.
Very disappointing experience. On Saturday Dec/27th/2025 One of the workers was disrespectful, impatient, and unhelpful, and seemed to push me to leave instead of assisting. She claimed they didn’t have the Skechers shoes I was looking for without making any real effort. Poor customer service
Love my new sneakers! Cindy helped me a lot in finding the right pair, and I had a great experience.
