Well, the new bigger store is nice but the service is as bad as I've experienced in a shoe shop. I wanted my 3 year old's feet measured so I was handed a measuring device and told to measure them myself (and no, it wasn't busy). Then I was told to find the shoes and sizes myself, and when my daughter wanted to wear her new shoes, I was told they couldn't dispose of the box. Is this the only shoe shop in Australia that won't dispose of the box? I think so. Sort yourselves out, Sketchers. And hire staff who care.

Not a particularly positive or negative experience. Came in today and saw a pair of shoes on special at the door. I took them to an assistant (Indian female) who wasn't all that impressed to help, but did identify what sizes they had and got me a pair of what I wanted, pointing to where I could try them on. I ended up buying them, and struck her again at the till, where she was again quite direct (borderline surly) and decidedly unfriendly. I suspect she needs some training.
Skechers DFO Essendon I knew what I wanted but it wasn’t available. I was assisted by Sush who located another style I chose. He was so helpful & understands fitting. Without his help we would have walked out without our 3 prs.
