I was attended by Paula around 5:20pm on 26.02.2026. I was doing an exchange and around comes the customer purchasing something new. So, dearest Paula told me to wait when she had alresdy started my exchange and logged in on another pos to assist this other customer, giving me the impression that I was a less preferred customer due to nature of my request. I come in and the staff are so great, helped me find the right shoe which was a perfect fit. Lovely staff
Nice open store
Today i returned a pair of shoes that i purchased online. Wrong size, the young salesgirl was extremely helpful, the store was full of customers and she was the only staff member . Not once did she lose her step, served everybody very politely and efficiently. And with such cheerfulness. She helped me with a replacement, she should be Staff member of the month I say!!
