The store manager, Penny, provided excellent customer service. She was very active and helpful, and efficiently resolved our issue regarding the online delivery by arranging the refund in store.
Store was completely empty when I walked in, no staff. Overall the service was horrible, the two employees kept dissapearing into the store room together. They'd hand me the size or style I asked about, then hide out the back together and I was left waiting with the wrong size on until they came back out. It was really difficult to get help with sizing. I've wasted about $200 on a pair of slip on runners that are definitely a size too small.
