Mel was so friendly and helpful I tried on several pairs of shoes and she was so obliging really great service
I went to buy 2 pairs of shoes. I had a look around to see if I could see the ones I had found on line, they were by the door. I left to check on line to make sure they were the same ones that I wanted and took a screen shot. When I showed the young lady she said we don’t stock that brand they are from a different company. She obviously didn’t realise where she was working. Hence I walked out and ordered them on line.

Today I went there to buy shoes for my dad. It is busy period but there were only two people, which was surprising. I asked for size I needed, one person was at the counter and the other person ignored me and said she was busy helping other people. She went and proceed almost sitting there and giving advice to them about their size it felt like she is almost putting on their shoes. Here on a Thursday night, only 1 person working, young girl had no idea, couldnt even work out who was there first or didnt care! We walked out! Not putting up with that!
