Went into store on Friday 31/1/25 spent bear $300 there were 2 staff members working an Australian girl and she was training an Asian girl after I made my purchase I thanked the Australian lady and she didn’t reply back and I said it again and said it doesn’t hurt to be kind and friendly and she then replied sorry the Asian lady was very nice I have since found out that the Australian girl was the manager she absolutely set a good standard especially if she is training I think the manager should do a course in customer servi... read more
