I had a very disappointing experience at the Skechers store in The Glen today. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes in my size and was assisted by a sales assistant named Dina. When I asked if the shoes were available in size 7.5, she immediately told me they only came in sizes 5, 6, and 7. However, the pair I was trying on was clearly labelled size 9.5, which made her response confusing. Went into store on Friday 31/1/25 spent bear $300 there were 2 staff members working an Australian girl and she was training an Asian girl after I made my purchase I thanked the Australian lady and she didn’t reply back and I said it again and said it doesn’t hurt to be kind and friendly and she then replied sorry the Asian lady was very nice I have since found out that the Australian girl was the manager she absolutely set a good standard especially if she is training I think the manager should do a course in customer servi... read more
