Bought shoes there
I popped into Rockhampton Sketchers to see if I could return my shoes as they were only just purchased and brand new but a size too big (my fault). However, I did not have the box on me (only receipt). Josh and Charlotte, in good faith, still completed the return/exchange and helped me in looking for additional shoes to purchase while there. Went to to rocky store to get new work boots and a pair of shoes the staff members did a great job helping me find the right ones I needed they definitely went above and beyond best customer service experience i have had in a shoe store this store is a go too
Definitely my new favourite shoe store in rockhampton the customer service is absolutely amazing each time i have gone in to get my kids school shoes both ladies that have served me are always so polite an have been so helpful and are verry kind and patient with each of my children Even when the store has been super busy they have tried their best to make sure I was aware that i was a priority as a customer and that help would come as soon at some one was available i now don't go anywhere else for myself and my children's sh... read more
