Took at least 3 if not 4 weeks to arrive when website says will ship in 2 to 3 days. I asked them to update and very unlikely they will. Besides that the M24 is insane and exceeded my expectations. Rides over almost anything, I have yet to top out the speed it's so fast. I ride this thing hard and so far just superficial scrapes. Battery is great long lasting. Power is also insane, I'm a 6'1" 235 lbs prob more and I still ride 30 40 degrees uphills without the board losing too much speed. If you want a real electric off road... read more

Staff was very quick and knowledgeable. I bought a Land Snail for my husband and the sales rep was able to point me to the perfect e-board.
