Amazing customer service
Had an issue with an order and Michelle was exceptionally helpful and issue was resolved promptly. Wonderful customer service!
Excellent customer service. My Silhouette Cameo 5 was sent the day I ordered it and arrived promptly, unfortunately one of the rollers was broken. I emailed asking how I might be able to fix it and was offered a whole new replacement machine. My email was answered the morning after I sent it and the machine sent out that day. It was such a relief there was no lengthy back and forth. Will purchase all of my Cameo accessories from here - businesses like these need to be supported.
I purchashed some Ceramic Coasters and being some what inexperienced with subimation the first few i did came out chipped. I emailed the store and Micelle was only to happy to help me. Once i realised it was my fault i again contacted Michelle and explained what i was doing wrong and she said she would replace the coasters that i had ruined. I will definitely be purchasing from her again. Great customer service.
I had an issue with my machine and was able to get a prompt response, got it looked at and fixed the next day. Great customer service and will be purchasing more of their products in the future :)
