Fun fact: if you’re disabled and live in Riverside County there is no possible course of action to get a roof leak fixed. I spent 5 years studying landlord tenant laws like 1940.2, 1942.5 etc but there is no protection against violations of these codes…even if they go on for years. This law firm is the best. Special thanks to Geralyn who fought hard for us against CDCR Strip searches. I will always be grateful to her. She kept me in the loop through the whole time and showed us families she cared enough to fight for us being violated and stripped if our ammendment rights. I will ALWAYS recommend this law group!
