When I walked into the Auditor's office to get plates for a new vehicle, I was immediately greeted by an employee getting up from her desk to come assist me. The state fees are painful, but the county service was fast and pleasant (total time in office less than 5 minutes). When I finished up I was thanked for coming in. Customer service is that simple. Well done.
Our house burned down in the recent wildfire. The county offices have been extraordinarily helpful and accommodating. Gabe Spencer and his staff have gone out of their way to answer our questions, provide resources, and address changes in our tax status.
