Really knowledgeable staff and so much more helpful than I expected. This is my go-to place.
Thumbs down for me too… had a flat on my Rad ebike. They didn’t want me to bring my whole bike in./. Same thing.. they don’t service them. But they said they would fix the flat. Charged me $200. We tried to put the tire back on the bike and the gears didn’t work. Call them again and brought the bike down. Took over a week to fix… said the tech only comes weekly. I pick up the bike and pay .. only to ride it and yes the gears change but the shifter is not working now. Went back right away and the guy said. I didn’t service it... read more

Thumbs down for Skaha eRide today. My bike broke down with a flat 1/2 way down the Penticton channel. I walked it over to Skaha eRide because it was the closest shop, and also because my bike had been serviced there before. (Shout out to Brandon - too bad you are no longer with this shop, they could use nice guys like you!) Once they found out I hadn't purchased my bike from them, they were too busy.
