He asked questions and listened to our concerns, looked over our existing documents, asked incisive questions to better understand our particular situation, assured us our current estate concerns were being well-addressed, explained some fairly complex trust options for future consideration, and sent us on our way - all at no charge. Have attempted to contact this company over the last couple days, they never answer and when they do they take your number say they will call you back in a few mins and never do. My family had a mediocre Will completed here and we are needing to do update as the will'd person is on gods borrowed time.
