Thank you Skagit Transit for your wonderful service. I use paratransit and the fixed route and the drivers and people who work in scheduling and dispatch are so kind and helpful. They all work really hard to make sure people get where they need to go. The buses are clean and the stops are well maintained.
One of the operators on the 80x a few months ago was kind of rude and wouldn’t allow me to board at the chuckanut park and ride because I had a cart with me and needed the ramp apart from that encounter the skagit transit operators have been pretty friendly for the very few times I have ridden on their buses
I rare use buses (2 hours road from Sedro-Wooley (south) to Burlington - 8 miles is not for me). So in my experience they are always on time. But drivers realy do discuss bus passengers in a negative manner and try to seprate/kick-off bus patrons they dont like. That is truly funny because I have never seen more than 3 people using local buses on the routes I utilize. 3 stars mostly for an amazing bus station and the best bus station's restroom I have ever seen in this country.
