I was a new client and made an appointment weeks prior letting her know I had difficult taxes this year. Showed up for my appointment and was told to hand over all my paperwork and call her from my car for her to go over them with me. I didn't feel comfortable not being able to see what she was referring to as she commented on my different tax forms.
