I had my full suspension mountain bike serviced and it looked and rode like new. Great value for the money!
Was in a hurry and needed some maintenance on tubeless tires and the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to help me out. I was very impressed with their service!
I went into Skagit cycle in Mount Vernon this morning, looking for a box to ship a toddler bicycle in. They were so exceptionally nice there. The gentleman even went over to their warehouse, which is about two blocks away from the actual store and emptied out a bike so he could give me the box for us to use for shipping. Awesome customer service will definitely be back again
Had my bikes in for a tune-up. They were through, communicative and VERY helpful. Parts that I needed were in stock and the necessary repairs were done quickly.
