I had a problem with them after I brought my bike in for a fork rebuild because my dropper post was not working after at first they didn't want to take care of it so I came back today and talked to someone else and they offered to fix it and that they were going to reach out because they felt bad which I appreciate because I have put lots of money into this bike recently and it had been draining me of money and I can't afford to replace a dropper post at this time in my life.
I dropped my Aventon Adventure 2 off at Skagit Cycle, I was having issues with the rear motor making noise. I let them know that it was still under warranty. Got a email later that same day letting me know that they had submitted the claim and would keep me posted on the repair. 5 days later got a call that that the bike was ready . Full rear wheel replacement all covered. They were happy to help and got the problem taken care of quickly. They have always been great to deal with!
