Admittedly haven’t used this location since they moved into their rebuilt building, but at the time I still felt that it was a good place. Yes the original building was cramped but then again it was never intended to be used as a bicycle, retail and repair facility. So that that’s to be expected. This was my first time ordering a mountain bike online. Gary and Alec helped me through the entire process and made it such a smooth transaction. I was able to reach out and speak with them. They helped work me through the shipping process and boom, the bike I couldn't find locally is in transit. Many thanks to them and eventually that bike will make its way back to Washington to hit some trails there. If I were local this would be my bike shop!
Been here twice. Both times they were friendly and fast.
Had a great experience with the crew here. Very helpful with when i bought my new mtn bike from them and got me all fixed up with it. The mechanic was awesome and answered all the questions I had. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!
I go in here occasionally to have a flat tire repaired or whatever and they are so friendly and customer service based. I appreciate having them in my neighborhood.
