I'll tell you about my bad experience with this company. I had an appointment at 5:30 pm but when I arrived there were 6 other people in line at the same time as me. When they let me into the office, they put me next to a girl who doesn’t know her job well. I came to them as professionals, but they turned out to be amateurs. This was my first time filing documents for taxes. I don't understand anything about this and they can't help with it. They simply fill out a form that I could fill out myself.
