I’ve worked with Surgy a couple of times, but my most recent experience wasn’t great. There was a missing signature on my tax return, which caused a delay in my refund. I went back to ask if anything else was needed, but I was told to make an appointment and didn’t get much help at that time. I later went to the IRS, and they let me know it was just a missing signature and fixed it quickly. It was a simple issue that could have been resolved sooner.
