The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional, which is unacceptable for a tax service. The staff lacks clear communication skills and made the entire process frustrating. I was not satisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable tax assistance.
The worst tax filing experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional—my name was misspelled multiple times on official documents. The staff lacks basic communication skills, and I never received any updates or responses regarding my return. On top of that, I was overcharged. This place feels like a scam. I will not be coming back.
Dharna, Tarun, and SK team have been providing payroll, quarterly and annual tax services for over 10 years now. The team is very professional, proactive, and trustworthy. I highly recommend team of professionals to trust your business tax and payroll services.
Horrible place to work with, who ever the lady is answering the phone is extremely rude and will talk over you, can’t get anyone on the phone to talk about the account they are handling. Been calling 3 days in a row. Better off looking for a different company my personal opinion. And I do have the right company phone ending in 1111
