Not impressed. Communication is terrible. No timelines adhered to.
Corrupt. Buried a legitimate claim for medical negligence after delays by ambulance crew leading to a catalogue of errors, malfeasance and malpractice by staff and management at NHS/private facilities. The pic left is the business card given to a relative to make enquiries regarding the claim, the pic right is of the white board that was placed in the hospital room that was supposed to timetable activities for the week as 'rehabilitation' due to a stroke.
