Sjk/boatersland sold me open box product at full price. When I called them out on it, they said I was uptight!! These guys are scam artists.
I bought and paid for a brand new part. They shipped me a used and damaged item.
This place is the BEST. I had some questions about some products, I talked to William, very nice, very knowledgeable and just all around helpful. I was able to order my items while he walked me though it on the phone and I was able to check out and pay and sure enough within a week or two I had my items delivered. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my marine item I need for my boat. William again was fantastic and so very helpful. What an amazing place! William has been so responsive and so wonderful to work with. I will never buy anything from any other marine supply store ever! I mean that guy really is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. Look no further if you want to purchase something from Boatersland Discount Marine Suppplies, you'll be so happy you did! Say hi to William for me! What a great customer service experience. I ordered the wrong product. When I contacted SJK Products and spoke to William in their customer service department, he could not have been more helpfully, friendly and courteous. He immediately helped me identify the correct product, placed the order and issued return instructions for my mistake. I will be using these guys again. THANK YOU!
