I wish there were a way to give zero stars. On 2/24 we ordered a Bassett sectional from Shauna at SJB. We paid in full, over $5700, using our credit card and were told our order would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. On 5/25, after contacting them several times and being told they had no idea where in the process our order was, we contacted Bassett directly and were told 1) our order was not even placed until 3/30 and 2) our order was not even in production yet. My husband and I and bought bedroom set for our new house today. I have to say are very pleased with the service we received today. I have bought a few pieces here in the past. Highly recommended! look forward to receiving our new furniture! 😀 Thank you SJB.

This is my first review on anything ever, but my experience was so bad that I felt I had to leave one. I ordered a couch in mid-May and was told it would take about 6 weeks to deliver. 16 weeks later and still no couch! I understand it is not the store’s fault that the delivery was held up, and that it falls into the manufacturer’s hands, but SJB handled the situation very poorly. I had a great experience shopping for living room furniture here. The sales guy was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about their products. We picked out a sectional, ottoman and rug. It took about 6 weeks to come in. Their white glove service is worth it for install. They were kind and respectful of our home. We love our new furniture and would purchase from here again!
