Sam was incredible throughout what turned into a really stressful process. My partner has adverse credit and then when my buyer pulled out, I was convinced everything was falling apart. But she was so calm, supportive, and just kept everything moving. Sam found us a great deal and made the whole thing so much less stressful, and honestly made a tough time so much easier. Genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve worked with — I’d recommend them to anyone!
