Honesty appalled at the customer service and reliability of this business. I booked an appointment for 9.45am this morning, arrived 5 mins early to find everything closed up. I called to check I was in the correct spot and to confirm my booking, and was told I would receive a call back. 10 mins later, no communication and no one at the office.
