Is this place ever open?
I saw their nurse practitioner for an initial appointment and halfway through the process, she insulted me. I told her I was ending the appointment and wanted her to hand me back my copies of my labs. They way the room was created, she was standing between me and the door and I was unable to leave. She did not hand my labs back nor would she move (instead telling me to listen to basically be quiet and listen to her) until I started raising my choice, repeating that she was barring my exit.
