The relaxed body model worked great for my wife with short legs. We had a few questions which were promptly answered. The only issue was a damaged rear fender and derailur guard which were replaced for free after only sending some photos.
I tried to call this store. And left a voice message. Then email them with my inquiry. They never returned my voice mail nor reply to my email.
I wanted to change my existing order. I called and got a very nice representative. Her name was Anne. She was so patient, polite, and efficient. I was very satisfied and she immediately sent me an invoice with the change in my order. When I receive the bike I will post an update.
Drove 2.5 hours to look at their bikes. The hours in Google say they are open Saturday 10am-2pm and it looks like the info was wrong. A very disappointing experience.
We absolutely love our trike. Best gift ever, my son can now rides bikes thanks to you!!
