The SixThreeZero Journey is a very good all-around bike. I purchased my Journey over a year ago and have ridden it extensively. My community is about 95% flat and my Journey being a 7-speed has more than enough gears to easily get me up the few hills I encounter. Other than replacing tire tubes, the bike has been very reliable with no issues. It looks like a much more expensive bike than it is. Dishonest, shifting time frames for inventory. Requested a refund on an unfulfilled bike order 2 weeks ago and still have not seen a refund initiated to my credit card. I dislike companies who use me as a credit line to fund their cash flow and inventory issues. Avoid.

This company is customer sensitive and eager to please. They promptly replaced a defective part on my new kick scooter. The customer rep expressed genuine concern for the inconvenience this caused me. The scooter I bought was identical to one on Amazon but was $100 less. The only negative is the wait time when calling. Times range from 5 to 15 minutes. This however should not discourage you from doing business with this fine company.
I commute to work at a nursing home a mile away from home. I love the joy that my bright blue bike brings to residents and staff.
