Order four bottles December 5 it is now January 8 and I still have not received them even though my credit card has been charged. I call and call nobody answers left information on the contact us page still have not received a callback or any information of what’s going on with my order all I know is that I’m out $400. Very poor customer service can’t tell you if I like the whiskey and bourbon because I never got it. it is now February 7 still waiting on my order. They said it was damaged during shipment. Please visit this tasting room!!! The distillery and tasting room are situated in a lovingly restored train station. The tasting room is super cozy and inviting. Their spirits’ many awards are tastefully memorialized around the room (with space for the ones yet to come, no doubt). Don’t miss the unique guitar-shaped bottles AND swizzle stick displays! This was so fun. Nice to see Giddings get a worthy face-lift. Staff was wonderful, friendly, knowledge and proud. Bourbon options were a wonderful variety. Prices were very fair! We purchased a hat and a bottle of Rock and Rye
Great distillery experience. Worth our drive from Austin. Friendly knowledgeable staff who provide great service in a really cool and well preserved train station. Free tasting along with paid tastings for longer aged stuff. Really liked the Rock & Rye as well as the barrel aged Cabernet bourbon. Not sure they have a bad spirit to try or buy. Definitely a do over.
