I bought a set of wheels already but the move to a mullet setup meant I needed a new rear wheel. Bought through the cycle to work scheme I was helped and guide each step by the staff at Sixth Element. The wheel arrived well before the give delivery date at the start of the process and was exactly as requested. We are all quick to criticise when things go wrong but it's important to recognise when plane good customer service and delivering exactly whats been asked for is given. A perfect service and really easy to deal with.

I'm two pairs deep and they've both been excellent. Graham's customer service is exemplary too. Super stiff, strong and really fast.

Graham is without doubt one of the finest wheel builders in the UK. I've bought 2 pairs of wheels from him already, neither has required truing or retensioning despite thousands of miles use. You can't buy better.

Fastest wheels on the market, super strong too. Couldn't imagine riding without them now. Had a crash replacement with no dramas at all and even if you sell them on the buyer can also register the wheels. Highly recommended
