Customer service was rude. They had the scooter for two weeks. When I called they made excuses. When I went there to check on it they were rude and told me to just take it back after not having looked at it at all after texting us to bring the scooter in earlier than our scheduled appointment.
THE shop
Had DaVinci not invented the Ariel screw or the Wright Brothers with Kitty Hawk, I bet Berto would have! To see his mind work to troubleshoot my problem was an awesome sight to witness. Not only was he trying to rectify my ebike situation, he was also trying to make it cost effective for me. I feel, any other shop owner would not have gone those extra step. Check them out. BTW: This is also a cute plant store
