Awful! In September 2021 I brought my script to 16 Acres Optical . They did not make the proper prism lenses that my script called for. They said they knew what I needed. But they did not grind the prism into the lens at all! They gave me the wrong type of prism (stick on) on the wrong side. I need special prism lens on the left eye. They put the wrong prism on the wrong eye. (The right). And.. this part was unbelievable to me.. when my glasses were ready I went to pick them up and they handed my glasses to me and the lense... read more
I'm in shock! Went there today and absolutely no precautions for Covid19. Dr. never put on a mask, never wiped anything. Was speaking to me about past women with curves- totally unacceptable! I am so mad that I didn't walk out. They should be shut down
I tried so hard to like this place and again the rudeness is just unacceptable!!
