I rented from SIXT twice, and both times I received emails one to two weeks or a over a month after returning the car claiming there was an issue with the vehicle. I had absolutely no accident or damage during either rental. Having to deal with these emails and upload my photos again weeks after returning the vehicle is stressful and frustrating. If you want to spend your time proving you did nothing wrong after your rental is already over, this is the company to choose. I will never rent from SIXT again.
I picked up cars from here few times and had the best experience with Kevon, he is the best. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He has a very friendly and helping attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure things were done correctly. He deserves a Promotion! The other person messed up my pickup and drop off time because I came in few minutes early and I was going to be charged to a whole extra day for just few minutes. Professional staff and quick pickup
Don’t rent here. This is my first (and only) time renting with Sixt. I prepaid for my one-day rental of a BMW SUV. When I got to the counter, there were no cars available in my car class. Okay, that happens, but usually a car rental place will give me something of equal or better class without any extra charge.
