Professional staff and quick pickup
Don’t rent here. This is my first (and only) time renting with Sixt. I prepaid for my one-day rental of a BMW SUV. When I got to the counter, there were no cars available in my car class. Okay, that happens, but usually a car rental place will give me something of equal or better class without any extra charge. This sales rep did not. “Sorry, there’s nothing I can do” is all she kept saying over and over. I’m at the White Plains/Sonesta Hotel location. rinky dink office. terrible signage on where to return a vehicle. they close early and dont answer the local number that the hotel provided. I now have to drive to another airport drop off an hour away as they close at 5 pm sharp. However they closed 10 minutes early today. I was a loyal and frequent Sixt renter. I am done. had to change our flight as a result and incurred change fees. Absolutely amateur hour at this location. Also it is not near the Westchester Airport. Misleading. You need to take a taxi.
