Shaniqua was amazing super friendly and inviting makes me feel like I’m in a family environment every time I come in Thank You so much! I 100% recommend this place for car rentals definitely way better than the other car rental places

Called customer service about a charge... overseas call center... rep couldn't find the charge and didn't seem like he was sure of what he was doing as he kept putting me on hold. Came back and said he would have to transfer me to proper departament. Asked me to hold again and never came back.... I swear we need to stop using businesses that use these overseas call centers.... they don't serve the customers or the businesses they work for....
Had an incredible experience renting from Sixt. The car was impecable clean and worked perfectly. My trip went very smoothly!!!!! I just got home from my trip and realized I got charged 80usd for a "choice upgrade" I never agreed to. WATCH YOUR INVOICES and check everything!!! What a shame that they try to be sneaky like that.
Another outstanding experience with Miss Erika Outstanding customer service Knowledge on alls business aspect Always go beyond expectations The have the machine for digital checkout but i rather have the personal VIP SERVICES with Miss Erika I have been in the customer service business for 30 years and i appreciate a profesional and excellent service from Miss Erika
