The pick-up experience was excellent, thanks to Catherine at the Seattle Marketplace branch. My wife had just given birth, and I urgently needed the car as soon as possible, even though I had booked it just a day in advance. Despite the branch being very busy with high customer demand and limited vehicle availability, Catherine was incredibly patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle quickly.
