Vehicle was excellent, pick up was smooth and easy, but I was overcharged by over $100 due to their error saying I had already returned the vehicle empty of fuel, while I was still several hundred miles away and still driving the vehicle. A phone agent and the return agent assured me all would be rectified on their end, but this has not been the case. Great experience, brand new high end cars
This is not located at the airport! You will need to walk past the normal car rentals, walk out of the airport and get a shuttle. It’s not signposted. And don’t bother booking a car with a sat nav, they apparently still have separate GPS box with screen (really!) but the two are broken… Just book at literally any American car rental at the airport.
