Customer service was amazing and the vechile was extremely clean and well maintained. Sixt staff were professional and friendly and very helpful ill definitely rent from sixt again it was a great experience.
I rented a Ford Escape from Sixt at the Phoenix location on July 1, 2026, and returned it to the LAX location in California just before 12:00 PM, July 2, 2026. During the return inspection, the representative at LAX pointed out a couple of extremely small dents on the passenger side of the vehicle and suggested they may have occurred during my rental period.
