Amazing pickup! Isa is very efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Nothing against this specific location but the Sixt process has been a nightmare. Got the car and within 30 mins, I got a low tire notification, woke up the next morning and the tire was completely flat so Customer Service told me to replace the tire and they would reimburse me, no questions, since there wasn't a Sixt location nearby. After I returned the car they said they can't refund me my money because i didn't have insurance; so I had to emailed back and forth and dispute them that a Sixt employee told me I would get my... read more
I went there to exchange a vehicle that maintenance was due, Nazare was extremely nice and friendly with a sense of humor and tried the best to accommodate me, even when he found out that he doesn't have a vehicle in my class to give me he arranged and called for me another sixt location and maked sure I will get there a good vehicle!!!! When I went to the other location they already waited for me and had prepared for me a very good vehicle!!! Always rent from sixt Williamsburg location!!!!
