I had a great experience renting from Sixt Upper East Side. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and had everything ready when I arrived. Terence made sure he went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. Could not recommend this branch more.
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this branch. From the moment I picked up the vehicle, the rental process took much longer than necessary because the employee spent a significant amount of time trying to sell additional products and services, even though I had already selected and reserved everything I needed in advance. Told me there is a block on my account and that I had to reach out to customer service. They couldn't proceed. I left, reached out to customer service and they absolutely cannot see any reasons for a block and told me to go back to the facility to discuss it with them. The manager said he would issue a full refund and I wouldn't have to wait. During this time three people were complaining outside for some reason related to different cars etc. I've not received the refund the manager said he would handle and now I have to go ... read more
