Had a pleasant experience living here I don’t have a car and needed to rent one for a weekend get away. Arrived a bit early and was told to wait cause my vehicle I reserved wasn’t in. I waited until my reservation and my car still was not back hey but instead of having me paying for a upgraded instead of waiting I was given the upgraded car for no extra charge that was perfect because I didn’t wanna delay my driving. Will definitely use there services again.
The worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. Someone backed into our rental in the French quarter (they admitted it was their fault) and the radiator was busted. Its currently Mardi gras and the cops had to tow it right away as it was on a one way street. Sixt demanded that I wait for them to pick up the car or I wouldn't get a replacement car.
