Got the best upgrade for a fraction of the price. They were great. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommended
After a long international flight, I jumped in the car without documenting pre-existing damages. The company rep did not do a walk around. He did upgrade me to a much better car for free. I think I know why now. Almost a month after returning the car, the company said I owed money within two weeks for damages I did not do. Read the reviews on Google. Read about other cases on Reddit. Had a pleasant experience living here I don’t have a car and needed to rent one for a weekend get away. Arrived a bit early and was told to wait cause my vehicle I reserved wasn’t in. I waited until my reservation and my car still was not back hey but instead of having me paying for a upgraded instead of waiting I was given the upgraded car for no extra charge that was perfect because I didn’t wanna delay my driving. Will definitely use there services again.
