Extremely frustrating experience. They charged my credit card without my authorization and claimed that they had paid my parking citation on my behalf, along with a $50 service fee. However, I contacted ATLPlus directly and was told that they had never received any payment from the company. The citation was still under appeal, and the amount due was $0. Diese Firma interessiert sich nicht um ihre Kunden. Wir wurden nach einem umverschuldenten Unfall völlig ohne Support gelassen. Auch wurde uns kein Ersatzfahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Hälfte unseres Urlaubs war zerstört. Sie wollten uns mit einem 50 Dollar Gutschein abspeisen. Wir können SiXt nicht empfehlen.

Extremely disappointing experience—do not rent from Sixt. Sixt allegedly processed a $1,000 damage claim in September but sent the notification to the wrong address. I was never properly notified, and the matter has now been sent to a debt collector. When I returned the vehicle, it was inspected by a Sixt representative, and no damage was brought to my attention.
