Sixt has always put customer service 1st with me. It's my go to choice for car rentals.
Irented a bmw 7sedan for 3 days june 10-13. I drove that car the whole time myself and returned it to pompano beach. the agent inspected the car and stated it was fine. About one week later i was told via unanswerabl email that there were 2 4inch scratches in front right wheel and rear left wheel. There is no way that occurred while I had that car. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sixt after renting a vehicle in France. The car was scanned by their AI inspection system upon return, the employee reviewed the scan, cleared us to leave, and never mentioned any damage - because there was NONE. Picking up the car was a nightmare - however - Billie(Bally?) a young man was absolutely wonderful at Lille Train station! He went above and beyond and helped us when no one else would. God bless him! He deserves a raise. A+. California
