Had a wonderful experience! To be honest we became very concerned reading older reviews. SIXT must have rooted out the problem. Exactly what a company that wants excel should do. We had a clean car and a great interaction with staff!
Just came back from Kona. I rented a compact car thru Sixt Rent a Car Kona Airport. Their shuttle was there at airport waiting for us, and when we checked in they upgraded us to a convertible BMW at no extra charges! :) what a great customer service! I go to Hawaii every year and this is the best customer service I have ever received from any rental car company. JEREMIAH!! Oh my goodness Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and completely changed our whole trip! Southwest was terrible and we got in so late so Jeremiah stayed 30 MINUTES past the time they close just for us and not only that but his customer service was exceptional and he was so so kind! Thank you Jeremiah!
