Arrived and was told my id was too damaged and was refused my prepaid vehicle. My same id was used to travel from Maui and accepted by TSA. My son was devastated and we are currently so inconvenienced. Very disappointed and the management seemed not to care at all. Dave,,, the more I think about this incident since getting back home to Maui, the more upset I become. It’s like the company had absolutely no regard for our welfare , lacked all aloha. So shame
ハワイ島コナ空港で9日間利用しました。ハワイアン航空の乗り継ぎで、大変な遅れが発生してコナへの最終便で島に入ることになってしまいとても心配でした。booking.com 経由で予約していたため、電話のカスタマーサービスコールセンターでは全く対応できないと言われてしまい、到着が遅れることを伝えられずに途方にくれていました。到着がお店の開いている時間を超えていたからです。 しかし飛行機到着後に、シャトルバスが来てくれてレンタルオフィスに無事到着できて、ジェレミーさんが迎えてくれました。これまでのハワイ島のレンタカーサービスの中で一番親切な対応をしてもらえました。とても感謝しています。
