I made a reservation, and when I arrived at the location, the car I had reserved wasn't there.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I picked up a car with a pre-existing crack. When I got in the car, I had an oil light on. Had to go back inside just to make sure that the oil was actually changed. The rep had to go up to the car And reset it. They are now trying to charge me for the crack in the windshield when I have time stamped photos, Within the hour. Luckily, I have an AMEX and can file a claim with them. Would not recommend anyone my family has rent rented from sixt for years and we will never rent here again. Absolute nightma... read more
