I booked and paid for a car in advance, provided all my documents multiple times, and even paid an extra $25 per day because I’m under 25—only to be told at pickup that they couldn’t rent to me at all. They knew my age from the start but waited until the last moment to say “no,” offering no solution. Despite my confirmed reservation, no car was available upon arrival. The staff offered little explanation and mentioned they weren’t responsible for fulfilling third-party bookings.
