Arrived a few minutes after 5pm for my 5pm reservation to find a locked office and no way to pick up my reservation after hours. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. He told me I was late and I should've arrived early, modifying my reservation to another location would've doubled the cost, and that I'm not able to change my reservation to pick up tomorrow since I prepaid. No compensation or accomodations offered and no reasonable solutions offered. Simply unacceptable
Sixt Downtown Houston employees are the best and they have great customer service they make sure the customer is always satisfied.
Worst experience ever agent denied to give me the rental car i prepaid just because i told her the customer service was very bad she downgrade me bcz they didnt have the car i prepaid and i just ask how is possible yall down grade instead of upgrade the customer after that refuse ro give me the rental and she even refuse to do it after customer service spoke with her very bad service agent name giselle very very bad service
