My total experience with the car rental service was great 👍🏾. Jasmine, at the counter, was professional, knowledgeable about the company and courteous.
Rented a 2025 Chevy Equinox from Sixt for 4 days, great vehicle no complaints/ fair pricing, assisted by Jasmine who provided excellent customer service, 10/10 recommend

Disgraceful service. I used to rent from Sixt all the time, but I will never be renting from this location again. I had an issue with my reservation and neither Customer Service nor the in-person staff was able to provide a reasonable solution. The rental counter staff member stared at me condescendingly like I was talking a different language and repeated "that's just what it is", "that's what the system says", "call customer support". This was by far the worst experience I have had dealing with a rental company. First the initial car i reserved was not available so I was offered a cheaper option with no refund (due to my reservation being through a third party service Expedia) so I chose to due the up charge to not be taken advantage of. I received a BMW that had sticker residue on the driver's front window and the car smelled like expired baby milk.
