I had a great experience with SIXT, and I especially want to recognize Kerem for the excellent customer service. She was professional, friendly, patient, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free. This was probably the best rental car experience ive ever had, Elijah E helped me, he was extremely knowledgeable professional and understanding, answered all my question with ease and didnt make me feel like a dollar sign. The car was spotless, affordable, new and fuel efficient I dont think ill be going anywhere else for a rental car. Thank you Sixt and thank you Elijah!!
Fast service. The SIXT employee (apologies forgot his name) was friendly and professional. There was an issue in the car we were supposed to get when he went to check before we arrived so he upgraded us. Whole process was fantastic. No complaints.
