Darrin at SIXT car rental was incredible. Very knowledgeable and has great communication skills. This was my first time renting from them. I would highly recommend SIXT at Vail/Eagle to anyone.
Revising from 5 Stars to 1 Star. My rental period was 4 hours long low mileage. No damage whatsoever. Now I get a message stating they found a 4 inch scratch. Thankfully it was already there but hard for this to not feel like a shakedown. I would absolutely avoid this type of scamming business. Gotta keep the fleet nice! By fleecing customers.
Irving provided an amazing customer service experience! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered extra products but he wasn’t pushy which I really appreciate.
