I showed up a day early for my trip, i tried getting in contact with this office, left a message, did not receive a return correspondence, i showed up to the office and was informed that there were no available vehicles on a Monday. I returned the next day and got my rental, the young lady was great. The reason for my 1 star is that i left my Apple Watch in the rental, i have reached out multiple times to the customer service line because apparently the office is always too busy to answer their phone, messages were left for ... read more
