I paid in advance & the day before my reservation I requested for the date to be pushed back one. My family suffered a lost unexpectedly & needed to purchase tickets for family members. Informed that I would need a day to insure that I had the funds available for the $200 hold. They said that wasn't an option & that my only alternative was to cancel. Really appreciate Rayma’s help today in answering our questions and help with our purchase. The car is comfortable but does have a slight smell from previous smoking.
The worst company I ever delt with, they refuse to give me the car, and now they trying to be racist against me and saying that I am gonna steal the car, they refuse to help with anything, I needed the car urgently, they still refuse, I have no words to say more than what a racist company trying not to work and provide their first time customers with a car. Worst experience I ever had, the most kind of racist company I ever delt with.
