Nayib and THE DeShawn(sp) saved our family vacation! I had reserved a large SUV several months prior at Enterprise, long story short they didn't hold it and I was standing frustrated at their office while they tried to have me fit 6 adults plus luggage into a sedan. I called around and Sixt was able to get my family and our luggage into a large SUV that day! The customer service was next level! Sixt has won a customer for life!
My initial experience with an employee in this location was less than impressive. However Akeem and Shaniqua made it right!!!! They went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Maybe they should retrain people that have been there longer on what it means to leave customers with a positive experience.
Mr Deshaun was an amazing experience the first time I picked up my Denali GMC and now we are back renting from them. Team is amazing , the service and the experience most of all got me. I recommend this store and location to anyone looking for a comfortable soothing experience to rent a car. Thanks guy
