All I can say is do not rent from this company! The first 30 minutes we received the car the low tire pressure light came on. I did not have time to go back for I was already late to my only brother’s wedding. The next day the driver side tire was completely low. Having to cancel our entire day. I called this company to see if they could come out and replace the tire or send us a new car. I was in Clarksville they only have a location at the Nashville airport. I should've learned my lesson with SIXT. I will never use them again. The first time I used them, the tags were expired -- long expired. I complained, and they did nothing. I decided to give them a second chance, and the second time I used them, it was fine. The third time, this time, however, it was another problem. They forced me into an "upgrade" I didn't want -- a worse vehicle for more money, and made me pay for it. Our customer service on the front end was exceptional. THE HEATHER at the check-in desk was so easy to talk to, so complimentary of her company, full of valuable information, and just an all around delight. Somebody get this woman a promotion where she is in charge of training all employees for customer interactions!!

Brian was great and very helpful getting everything situated for me staying in the current long term rental I had.
