Sixt employees have a lot of confusion about adding a spouse as a driver on the vehicle cuting security and liability concerns. I ended up just driving the car under my wife’s name without them accepting the drivers license. This policy should be updated to allow the spouse to verbally approve the addition of a driver over the phone or by using the SIXT app.
I had a pleasant experience, reserving a big SUV for a family trip drive to Florida! THE Tim was awesome! He really gave me great feedback on the vehicle that I chose and offered another vehicle for an upcharge that was better on gas mileage. That truly helped our trip.
