First time renting with Sixt, and they exceeded my expectations. There was an initial problem with Tim at the front counter giving what I felt to be misinformation, but after speaking to the manager, who was very professional, I proceeded with Benny who surpassed my average rental experience and went above and beyond, clearly explaining character while very courteous and friendly. Will definitely rent there again.
I had a great first experience with SIXT! The original vehicle I rented had some shaking issues at higher speeds. The team at SIXT Charlotte happily replaced the malfunctioning vehicle and replaced it with a new Tacoma. From booking, pickup to drop off, the entire process was easy at a fair rate. Will use SIXT again!
