I needed a fairly last minute rental to get from Charlotte to Raleigh. I had reserved a standard sedan, but when I went to pick up the keys, Bri’Ana handed me the keys to a convertible Mustang as a free upgrade. Great experience overall, smooth pickup at the Charlotte airport, smooth return at the Raleigh airport.

I had a great experience here! The customer service was great, Zion Gray really helped us out and the rental was very nice!
We rented a car from them. Returned the car and the attendant walked around the car, checked the inside and said I was good to go. Received my invoice later that evening and thought all was well. 2 days later received an email to review the damages found on the vehicle (scratch on bumper). Upon reviewing pictures they sent with the claim noticed the pictures they are basing the "damage" from are from the scanner that takes pictures of the car upon return.
