I like Sixt. As a loyal Hertz customer, I've been impressed by Sixt's cars and prices. I've rented from them and few times in a few locations and have been happy. That all changed at PBI. After exciting the bus, I had a fast pickup but the guy with the keys told me I had to go inside. Long line. 45 minutes later the guy at the desk couldn't get the reservation but then found I had fast pickup. We went outside to the same guy and he gave us the key. Have been using SIXT subscription for a number of years. I was informed to bring back vehicle and exchange for a new one due to required maintenance. Ketsia was our rep and couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and kind, with a great sense of humor. A great representative for the company.
