Andy and his Manager Crissy went above and beyond to fix an unpleasant situation brought on by a 3rd party company into a solution in West Palm Beach Airport when my husband forgot his wallet & ID in Toronto. This company is despicable. Trying to fleece me for fake damages a year after renting a convertible BMW from them in Palm Beach. I had my lawyer right a letter with picture evidence that the scratch was already there upon pick up. What type of company does this?! I will NEVER use this company again. Very incompetent staff as well.
