Avoid Sixt at all costs!!!! I rented a BMW in Oct 2024, and three months later they sent me a $3,100 bill for “damage” their scanner supposedly found. I disputed the damages and asked for proof which they couldn’t provide because they had none. Ten months later (!) they sent another invoice and threatened collections if not paid. I had to file a BBB complaint and threaten to sue. This company just settled a $4M class action for similar scams. If you rent here, take tons of photos/videos and keep them for a year. Had a wonderful experience with Sixt. Gian is the best! Couldn't ask for better customer service. Michael was so helpful when I returned the car. The Sixt team at PBI was great. First time renting and will be back.
